The MSDT Prep’ program helps prepare you as a new instructor to ‘leave the nest’ and gets you teaching experience with a more experienced PADI Instructor and also means that you get 5 PADI Specialty Instructor ratings as you do a PADI Specialty Instructor training courses making you more employable in what you can offer to teach. Following this you should be much more confident to go out and teach on your own.
